It was; and is refreshing for a company to approach us with their primary focus on quality and not wrapped within financial constraints.

That said; we at KOS Design build and create many websites for companies that have to work within an assigned budget. We totally acknowledge this fact, and good business practice dictates the careful monitoring of one's finances. It was just refreshing for us to given unlimited scope in what we could design, allowing us to produce a website constrained only by our clients goal; the attainment of perfection.
