NejiReo
Digital transformation KOS Design initiated and programmed for NejiReo has changed the way they do their business in all ways possible.
It was once thought that the sales process could reply solely on salespeople and catalogue printouts. Yet, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic proved that all industries require an online presence including legal services, healthcare providers and industrial offerings.
To enhance the best shopping experience for NejiReo customers, KOS Design enabled a flexible, simple quotation request module for B2B and B2C customers. Once products are added to the 'quotation cart', users just need one click to submit. A quotation from NejiReo team will be sent to user's email. User can access My Account to Print or Checkout from My Quotation section after. The complex cycle of salespeople-quotation-buyer-negotiation has been simplified. All sales will be done with a few clicks.
The operation team in admin control panel is enabled to review a new quotation, approve, reject and edit particular rates and update it back to each customer. Similar to sales process, communication and consulting is done purely online through our platform. The features include Q&A, price editing and proposal revision.
It is worth noting that the amount of products is limitless. To date, we have over 100,000 SKUs to offer on the website. Customer order starts from even one piece of knot!
